Amortyzator tylny AB1-Evo stanowiący prawie 70% sprzedaży produktów firmy Mupo.

Zawodnicy mający bezpośrednie porównanie z topowymi produktami innych znanych firm - wybierają AB1-Evo. W 2009 roku zawieszenia Mupo wygrały ze wszystkimi innymi firmami w każdej klasie Mistrzostw Włoch zajmując pierwsze dwa, trzy lub cztery miejsca.

AB1-Evo zapewnia wyjątkowo dużą stabilność działania dzięki aluminiowemu cylindrowi (poddanemu podwójnemu procesowi - superfinishing) - którego rozszerzalność cieplna jest taka sama jak tłoka wykonanego z tego samego materiału. Dodatkowo zapewnia lepsze oddawanie ciepła od stali.

Oczywiście podobnie jak w AB1 - regulacja szybkiego dobicia w rzeczywistości reguluje przepływ oleju w odróżnieniu od konkurentów gdzie regulacja ta dotyczy napięcia sprężyny zaworka upustowego. Prawdziwa regulacja zapewnia linearną charakterystykę tłumienia dzięki czemu kierowcy zauważają zmniejszone zużycie opon.

Trzpień tłoka poddany procesowi "superfinishing" jest pokryty PVD diametralnie obniżając współczynnik tarcia, znacznie zwiększając twardość i trwałość.

Szybkie dobicie 15 pozycji.

AB1 Innowacyjny amortyzator tylnego zawieszenia stworzony przez ośrodek badawczo rozwojowy firmy Mupo dla celów wyścigowych. Do jego stworzenia użyto najnowszych zdobyczy techniki.


With all Mupo shock absorbers, the various components are
entirely made with CNC machinery and the dimensionality is
checked to 100% perfection. They are then put through the various
surface treatments, studied every step of the way.
Technical features:
Airdraulic functioning, done in order to guarantee a constant
performance even at the highest temperatures, is the actual
reason why the surface treatments are studied in such detail.
The cylinder is made of steel reduced in thickness and covered
with a special coating which enhances its smoothness and thermal
exchange. The 46 mm diameter piston is CNC made in anticorodal
hard anodised to 50 microns with a special D.U. strip.
The reservoir is in Ergal, 50mm in diameter, coated on the inside
and anodised in black, for functional and not aesthetic purposes,
as our research proves that the colour black disperses heat more
efficiently than other perhaps more eye-catching colours.
The piston rod is 16 mm in diameter and coated in PVD.
The heads and the lower joints are CNC made in hard anodised
Ergal.

AB2

Offers maximum versatility thanks to a special steel
coated flexible pipe tested at up to 450 atmospheres.
We are able to fit this in all motorbikes to maintain
top quality reliability and performance.
Technical features:
The piston rod is 16mm in diameter and coated in
PVD.
The heads and the lower joints are CNC made in hard
anodised Ergal.
Adjustment features:
Rebound 40 positions.
Compression 24 positions.
Spring preload (C-spanner) or optional hydraulic spring
preload.
Adjustable length.

AB3

This has the same features as the AB2 model, the
only difference being that this one does not have an
adjustable length.
Adjustment features:
Rebound 40 positions.
Compression 24 positions.
Spring preload (C-spanner) or optional hydraulic spring
preload.

AB4

The basic shock absorber from our range available
with airdraulic functioning which is an internal piston
separating the oil from the nitrogen.
Adjustment features:
Rebound 40 positions.
Spring preload (C-spanner) or optional hydraulic spring
preload.
Adjustable length.
Titanium coated piston rod option available.

AB5

This has the same features as the AB4 model, the
only difference being that this one does not have the
adjustable length feature.
Adjustment features:
Rebound 40 positions.
Spring preload (C-spanner) or optional hydraulic spring
preload.
Titanium coated piston rod option available.

SM1

The off-road version of our AB1 shock absorber.
This model offers the same adjustments and features
as the racing version, making the most of its thermal
exchange qualities. A shock absorber with a constant
performance even in the most severe conditions,
which thanks to its hydraulic control system
guarantees traction and control of the motorbike.
Also available in a Supermotard version with
calibration and the specific dimensions required for
this type of use.
Comes with the adjustable length feature.

The heads and the lower joints are CNC made in hard
anodised Ergal.

R-evolution

R-evolution TC-H

A modification kit designed to transform originally fitted forks into competition ones. Done simply by replacing the whole
group of original cartridges with our Cartridge R-evolution, fitted with larger pistons and a progressive system, altogether
guaranteeing more precision and a better performance when riding.
Technical features:
The cartridge is 25 mm in diameter and made in coated and hard anodised Ergal.
The piston rod is 12 mm in diameter and made in Ergal.
The progressive system pistons are 25 mm in diameter and complete with D.U. bushings.
The end run internal pistons are 16 mm in diameter.
Guiding bush and floating piston rod .
Compression needles.
SAE 6.5 Mupo racing oil.
Spring in chrome-silicon steel with Ergal guiding spring.
Fork, top caps, with spring preload on bearings and depressor screws.
Adjustment features:
Rebound 40 positions.
Compression 48 positions.
Manual spring preload 30 positions (15 mm).

hydraulic kit

This kit contains two pumps used for controlling
rebounding and compression. The system makes
use of the inside wall of the inner tube as a hydraulic
cartridge, simulating the hydraulic brakes of the most
highly developed forks. The kit is supplied complete
with a pair of springs which work in perfect synchrony
with the pistons, ensuring both comfort and stability

hydraulic spring preload

A handy device which allows variation of the spring
preload simply by turning a knob and without having to
touch the often defunct and not easy to use ring nuts.
Suitable for use with the following brands of shock
absorbers:
Mupo • Ohlins • Paioli • Sachs • Boge • Matris •
Wilbers

pumping kit

This kit is supplied complete with packs of shims
used for settings. Available for use with all types of
competition motorbikes with a 20 mm diameter
piston. The kit consists of 2 rebounding and
compressible pistons, entirely made in Ergal, designed
and studied to increase the reaction speed of the
setting shims, improving the fork control in all
situations.

fork spring kit

Made in chromium-silicon steel, they are available in
the following options:
Linear for all types of competition motorcycles.
Progressive for the non-competition motorcycles.

 
bushings d.u.

We also stock D.U. bushings Teflon coated either
internally or externally, used to update most of the
forks on the market today.

shock absorber springs

The springs are made in chromium-silicon steel and
are available with internal diameters of up to 57 mm.
They are suitable for use with the following brands of
shock absorbers: Mupo • Ohlins • Paioli • Sachs •
Boge Matris • Wilbers.

steering plates kit

Steering plates for forks entirely made in Ergal 7075
with CNC machinery, guaranteeing greater rigidity of
the front-axle, improving precision when riding hence
safety and performance.
Available for use with most types of competition
motorcycles.
Also available for use with all types of off-road
motorbikes, supplied complete with handlebar joints
adjustable in 4 positions. We also produce larger
plates complete with a pivot wheel and brake joints for
transforming motorcycles into supermotard version.

oil seals

We sell original NOK oil seals which are fitted in
a series on the forks used in Showa and Kayaba
road and off-road motorcycles. We also stock the
accompanying dust seals.

inner tubes

At Mupo we produce inner tubes for forks which are
perfectly interchangeable with the original ones fitted
in most motorcycles on the market today.
They are available in chrome or coated in the following
three colours: Tin (gold), Red Speed (red), Wonder
(anthracite). We also take orders for specially made
inner tubes to be fitted in vintage motorcycles,
choppers and custom-made motorcycles.
